Situată în Bucureşti, în imediata vecinătate a parcului Ioanid și a parcului Grădina Icoanei, Vila Löwendal găzduieşte proiectele Fundaţiei omonime, deschise în 2010. Fundaţia Löwendal îşi propune valorificarea creaţiei scenografului și pictorului George baron Löwendal, o figură marcantă a lumii artistice românești interbelice și postbelice, cât și producerea și organizarea de proiecte culturale, curatoriale, editoriale și educaționale în domeniile artelor vizuale și ale spectacolului.
Vila Löwendal este o clădire emblematică pentru stilul (neo)românesc. Creaţie a arhitectului Petre Antonescu clădirea se distinge prin eleganţa şi rafinamentul volumelor asimetrice şi accentul vertical al foişorului de la faţada principală, iar logiile cu arce trilobate sau semicirculare amintesc de culele şi casele populare.
Construită la începutul secolului al XX-lea, clădirea păstrează şi astăzi farmecul discret şi artistocratic al acelei epoci. Decoraţia interioară preia unele elemente neoromâneşti şi le integrează armonios în compoziţii eclectice. Incăperile cu ornamente din lemn, lambriurile şi casetoanele, stucatura elaborată și modelul brâului împletit, care se regăseşte (ca un element unificator) în întreaga casă, reuşesc să dea spaţiului interior un aer distins şi prietenos totodată.

Detalii administrative
Parterul are două saloane anexe comunicante şi o bibliotecă. Atât Sala principală cât şi cele 2 Saloane dispun de sistem de ancorare pentru expoziții.
Spaţiul alocat Sălii principale are o capacitate de 50 de persoane (scaune dispuse în amfiteatru) şi 70 de persoane cocktail standing. Prin sistemul audio-video existent Sala principală cu cele 2 Saloane anexă poate deservi un număr de 120 persoane pe scaune sau până la 160 de persoane în variantă cocktail standing.
Dotari tehnice: sistem de sonorizare ambiental şi conferinţe, microfoane fixe şi wireless, laptopuri, dvd-playere, plasme şi monitoare TV, sistem de traducere simultană, acces wireless la internet, posibilitatea înregistrării audio-video a conferinţelor în format digital, acces semnal audio separat pentru jurnalişti.
La etaj, cele trei săli pot avea destinaţia unui concept expoziţional variat.
Suprafaţa de expunere expozițională cuprinde, pe lângă parter și etaj, și scara principală. Sistemul expoziţional profesional este constituit din simeze şi sistem de iluminat cu spoturi.
Toate sălile se pretează pentru desfăşurarea unei game variate de evenimente (expoziţii, conferinţe, workshop-uri, concerte camerale, cursuri tematice etc.).
Curtea Vilei Löwendal, cu o suprafaţă de 650 mp, permite desfăşurarea evenimentelor de tip cocktail (buffet sau pass-around), prezentări de modă, lansări de produse, teatru în aer liber, proiecţii video, beneficiind de sistem de sonorizare şi video, iluminare în nocturnă şi posibilitatea amenajării în funcţie de conceptul evenimentului.
Începând din anul 2010, odată cu înfiinţarea Fundaţiei Löwendal, clădirea a găzduit proiecte culturale proprii sau realizate în parteneriat cu diverse instituții publice și private (expoziţii, conferinţe, lansări de carte, concursuri de artă etc.).

Opţional se poate apela la echipa de profesionişti a Fundației Löwendal pentru întregul concept şi organizare al evenimentului, incluzând decoraţiunile interioare şi exterioare, amenajare expoziţională, management artistic (trupe de teatru şi muzică), proiecții video, montaj audio-video, servicii foto şi video, pază obiectiv pe durata evenimentului, transport persoane, vizită obiective și tururi ghidate pentru străini, promovarea evenimentului pe site-urile Fundaţiei şi ale partenerilor, servicii de design şi print pentru materialele evenimentului, invitaţii tipărite şi online, cateringul și coffee break-urile evenimentului.

Architectural Details
Situated in Bucharest, in the immediate vicinity of the Ioanid Park and the Icon Garden Park, Löwendal House hosts the projects of the Foundation of the same name, opened in 2010. The Löwendal Foundation is dedicated to the promotion of the work of painter and scenographer George Löwendal, an important figure in the Romanian inter-war and post-war art world, and the production and organization of curatorial, editorial and educational projects in the visual and performing arts.
Löwendal House is emblematic of the Neo-Romanian architectural style. The creation of architect Petre Antonescu, the building stands out for its elegance, its refined asymmetrical volumes and the vertical accent of the tower on the main façade. The galleries with trilobed or semicircular arches call to mind towers and traditional houses.
Built at the beginning of the 20thCentury, the building even today retains the discreet, aristocratic charm of that era. The interior decoration borrows some Neo-Romanian elements and harmoniously integrates them into eclectic compositions. The rooms with wooden ornaments, wall panelingand coffered wood, the elaborate stucco and the braided belt model, which recur as a unifying element throughout the entire house, give the interior space a refined and yet friendly atmosphere.

Administrative Details
The ground floor has two communicating salons and a library. The Main Hall as well as the 2 Salons are equipped with anchoring systems for exhibitions.
The space allocated for the Main Hall has a capacity of 50 people (chairs available in the amphitheatre) or 70 people for standing cocktail. Through the existing audio-video system, the Main Hall with its 2 Salons can accommodate 120 people sitting or up to 160 people in a standing cocktail variation.
Technical provisions: ambient and conference sound systems, wired and wireless microphones, laptops, DVD players, plasma displays and TV monitors, simultaneous translation system, wireless internet access, the possibility to record conference audio and video in digital format, separate audio signal access for journalists.
On the first floor, the three Halls may be utilized for a varied exhibitional concept.
The exhibition display space also includes, besides the ground floor and first floor, the main staircase. The professional exhibition system consists of picture hanging systems, lighting system and spotlights.
All halls lend themselves to the presentation of a wide variety of events (exhibitions, conferences, workshops, chamber concerts, courses, etc.)
The Court of Löwendal House, with an area of 650 square metres, allows the presentation of cocktail parties (buffet or pass-around), fashion shows, product launches, open-air theatre, video projections, night-lighting and further customisation according to the particular event.
Beginning in 2010, together with the launching of the Löwendal Foundation, the building has hosted cultural projects of its own and realised in partnership with various public and private institutions (exhibitions, conferences, book launches, art contests, etc.)

Optionally it is possible to turn to the team of professionals at the Löwendal Foundation for the entire concept and organisation of the event, including interior and exterior decorations, exhibition preparation, music bands and actors, video selections, audio-video editing, photo and video services, security, transportation, guided tours for foreigners, event promotion on the Foundation’s website and Facebook, design and print services for event materials, printed and online invitations. Likewise, catering and coffee breaks for the event can be provided.
